I have a romer absolute arm and I ussualy work with it with no problems with RDS appicacion and Polyworks software.
On Friday, suddenly, when I turned on the computer on the RDS panel i have the message that the arm is offline and is no way how to connect it.
I verified the ethernet connections, the cables, i installed again the RDS software but nothing changed,
Do you have some ideas of what can happen?
