Ticket Response Time

I put in a ticket and marked it urgent (with current SMA). Took 2-3 weeks for a response.

My SMA expired and I put a ticket in and got a response from a real person in 2 hours that my SMA had expired and they would not be able to help me.

What's wrong with this picture???

This has happened to me before. I think the issues is the person checking for an active SMA isn't an app engineer or tech support. I think they are a customer relations group that coordinate active and not active licenses to the hardware or software side.
