I'm not interested, in the job that is, but I am interested in how much testing they'll be giving their next new seat warmer.
I'm guessing the ad will say "strong math skills required" .. "knowledge of PCDMIS not required but is a plus". ?? Then I'm guessing they'll bring in the best talker, with no testing, and be stuck with someone who "get's by"? Am I close?
Actually I have been teaching a guy here. I've been working with in the last 2 years, He knows the arm, and he is learning the bridge but we do have free class with Hexagon for a week, So he won't go in there cold, but he is the better choice in my opinion, cause he is like a sponge and he has asked every question along the way, if you're gonna start fresh, I'm just glad it is one that is willing to learn, not to many out there.
