coolest grandpa

Picked this up last night for the grandkids (and kids, pretty sure they will want to play with it as well!).

125cc, 3-speed with reverse semi-auto transmission. "street legal" (meaning it has all the same lights a car does). top speed estimated at 35mph.

stated weight limit is 265, I'm more than that, but it had no problem hauling me up the ramp of the trailer so I could bring it home.

roughly 6 feet long.

  • Grandkids were finally able to come out last night.

Daughter drove it with granddaughter as passenger, up and down the street

Son-in-law drove it with grandson as passenger, up and down the street

Grandson drove it with granddaughter as passenger (she insisted on wearing a motorcycle helmet for this) around the yard in the deep snow (took a bit of work to do so)

granddaughter drove it up and down the driveway by herself.

The adults liked it, but agreed with me that the steering needs to be adjusted (tie rods aren't set to 'equal' turning each way)

    Grandson loved it

granddaughter loved riding in it, was a little scared driving it, claims that the side-by-side is to be hers while grandson get the go-cart.

She can't even come CLOSE to touching the pedals in the side-by-side, but said she will put blocks on her feet to drive it.....
