Global S Green - New machine !

Hey guys!

The company I work for has decided to upgrade our machine after watching me pull all my hair out and bought me a brand new Global S (Green). Not bad moving from a Ph9 up to a HP-S-X1. This new technology is amazing!

I'm like a kid in a candy store looking at all the accessories. ( I even have a probe rack now

)

I'm assuming that some of you have this same machine, how good of a job has it done for you ? or what have you heard about these Global S Green machines ? They are not cheap !

Just got one of these last month. So far it's worked great! We don't do any scanning, but everything else works flawlessly.

My only gripe is that the workstation that came with it is poorly designed. I have to remove the controller from the back of it just to access the back panel of the computer!

Yeah, for the most part I like the desk, but we have a big tower PC that doesn't fit in the cabinet. So, the computer sits on the floor next to the controller. It's nice because we don't have the issue you have, but it would be ideal if the desk were designed to accomadate a big performance PC.
