So I'm wanting to come back...

Recently thinking of getting back into the quality world. Today, thinking turned into action and I submitted 6 applications/resumes in the St. Louis area. If anyone knows of any other job openings in the St. Louis area, please let me know. I would also be interested in remote programming opportunities too but I know those are rare.

And what did you guys do to the off-topic section??? It was thriving when I left and now its almost dead! Just another reason for me to come back.

  • I interviewed at several places and liked all of them but I obviously had one I preferred which ended up being the one I accepted. Same aerospace/defense parts I'm used to but they are currently installing a huge Hexagon Delta Opera CMM that will be mine to program and run. From what I'm understanding, they don't have anyone that can program DMIS or at least not at my level so I will be head programmer and probably head of the quality department. My last day at my current job is Black Friday and I start the new job on Cyber Monday.

    I think I know what machine your talking about, did some work on it for setting the grout plates.
