Want to make your own "Buffalo Style Wings"? Get a big jar of Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Put the wings in a large freezer bag. Pour in a few cups of the sauce and put in the fridge over night. Roll them in flour and deep fry.
No need for more sauce, they are excellent. I think the friend that gave me that got it from Emeril. Might be on his website.
She used to make these out at the campground. And homemade potato chips that were awesome. People would see the deep fryer out on the picnic table in front of her camper and come over to get some.
Great Lakes Eliot Ness Vienna Lager goes really well with those wings.
