Before anyone begins making allegations, the Beer thread was not deleted on purpose.

While cleaning up old off-topic threads I inadvertently missed excluding that one. As a way to make up for it, I've reinstated the rep points.

I don't have a deep fryer. I cook mine on the grill without sauce. The sauce consists of melted butter and hot sauce and the key ingredient - cornstarch. As soon as the wings come off the grill they go in the sauce hot. The heat sets the cornstarch to thicken the sauce in the immediate vicinity of the wing so it sticks better.

My personal belief is that wings are good for you. I say eating hot stuff is good for you and the benefit of the hot sauce counteracts the butter. If I repeat it often enough it has to be true! Hey, it works for an unnamed leader of a particular country!
