Wisconsin is the home of the best brats in all the world. Johnsonville brats. They are just about 20 miles from my house. Prolly gonna have some over the 4th of July.

Here in Greater Cincinnati we have white bratwurst. A lot of people grill it but it's best boiled in beer! Throw in a hot soft pretzel and some mustard, a cold IPA and you're in Heaven!

I do ALL my brats simmered (not boiled) in beer prior to placing them on the grill to get them all colored they way they should be. AND, with the wood smoke, it adds flavor as well.

Seriously. I bought a pickup truck. It needed new tires. The new tires were only about $30 less than I paid for the truck, then I drove the truck for almost 3 years. That's a redneck!
