Here in Greater Cincinnati we have white bratwurst. A lot of people grill it but it's best boiled in beer! Throw in a hot soft pretzel and some mustard, a cold IPA and you're in Heaven!

I do ALL my brats simmered (not boiled) in beer prior to placing them on the grill to get them all colored they way they should be. AND, with the wood smoke, it adds flavor as well.
Seriously. I bought a pickup truck. It needed new tires. The new tires were only about $30 less than I paid for the truck, then I drove the truck for almost 3 years. That's a redneck!
