- Perform In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection of complex geometry automotive products.
- Perform inspections using PC-DMIS software, a Romer Arm using PC-DMIS and PolyWorks software or an ATOS GOM Blue light Scanner using ATOS Professional software.
- Calibration of miscellaneous hand measurement tools, single purpose gages and maintaining the plant calibration database
- Program and measure parts on a CMM using Data collection and communication of any out of tolerance conditions to the appropriate personnel.

- 2 years experience working with CMM equipment
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, permutations and ability to apply to tasks such as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis
- Familiarity with PC-DMIS software.
- Familiarity with basic hand inspection tools.
- Proficient in MS-Office applications, solid MS-Excel user.
- Experience in Optical inspection as well as Blueprint Reading, High School diploma. AAS or AS preferred
