Are we ALL being displayed as "Robert Hanson" (RH) in the top-right corner next to the shopping cart?

And why is there a shopping cart in a forum?

Hey logging out and closing everything, and the waiting on the community page caused a message "my products have been synced" to appear.
Which seems to have corrected it.

When strange happenings are reported by users, administrators can 'impersonate' the user in a means of troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
