 Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re a CMM Programmer we have an exciting opportunity for you.  You will be responsible for the operation, inspection, and programming of the CMM machines , the

analysis and interpretation of blueprints, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, to inspect and test procedures, and to communicate technical information to others, in an industrial setting.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Create and Maintain CMM Programs using PCDMIS on Hexagon CMM’s
  • Perform Inspections using a variety of metrology techniques (i.e. Open Setup, Optical Comparator, Contour Tracer, Vision System…)
  • Administer Gage Calibration Process
  • Perform Product Quality Audits
  • Complete FAI’s

What We Are Looking For 

  • CMM Programming experience a must (preferably PCDMIS)
  • Strong proficiency with GD&T
  • Calibration Experience (Gage Calibration Software, Calibration experience with hand-held metrology devices (i.e. calipers, micrometers…), Coordination with external vendors)
  • High School Degree Required
  • 5 years Quality Experience (2 years preferred in an inspection environment)

  • It depends on your level of experience.  We currently have three job code levels in our lab, with three being the highest.  In other words, your experience and skill, and possibly how well you do at an interview, would determine what job code level you get hired in at.  For the most part, it's a decent job.  Pretty laid back.
