How long has this guy been programming and where has he worked previously? Just curious

Also, never had any issues with round slots that were PCDMIS related. Does he have examples of it calculating incorrectly or is he just throwing statements out without any evidence? 

Finally, have you learned anything from him programming wise?

Wonder if he has tried steps 1-5 yet... 

He's been a programmer for about 5 years... I think. He's a CAD only programmer and mainly knows how to check parts and do a few minor things.

The other day I created a form with a simple radio button, to select operator info, and some code at the end of a program to check for out of tolerance results, display a warning message, and cancel the auto printing of the report. I think I completely blew his mind.

Sadly, I learned from him that he thinks he knows way more than what he actually knows. I know a fraction of PC Dmis and this guy knows way less than me. He did show me that, when checking a diameter with a +/-.0002" tolerance, a 4 hit circle is good enough. That almost had me reaching for that rolled up newspaper.

This kid may actually be the creator of PNT31, he's that good at programming.
