Nexus does not show updated/replied-to threads correctly?

Posts that show up in bold text are posts which have not been read by you. If new replies are included in a post which is read, it does not mark the post as un-read.

If you have read a post and are interested in following it, you have the option to "Turn Reply Notifications on".

Can y'all add a button that makes any reply to any thread show as new? 

don't know about all y'all, but any THREAD that has a new post shows as bold for me, any thread without new posts isn't bold, and the threads with new posts are at the top of the list.  using firefox, on XP PC.  Only strange thing I see is an 'old' post will show up at the top with the 'new' posts, but not be in bold, and that is when someone edits a post in the thread but it doesn't have any new posts.

So the "Forum Thread List" seems to be the way to go?

If there is a new reply to threads, they become bold for me. Even if I have replied in it myself. Not sure what is happening to you guys. I almost never use the Forum Thread List. I can view any subforum and it works as ArkansasBeeper says forums should work, and how the Forum Thread List is working for you guys.

Maybe it is marking the the threads as read, which are included in the PC-DMIS main page (https://nexus.hexagon.com/community/public/pc-dmis/).

Because mostly threads with new replies get bold while sometimes they don't.

I think if you visit the main page it marks the threads listed there as read, even though you didn't visit them.

That could absolutely be the case here. I never go to that page, now that I looked at it, it does show you thread reply previews as if you are viewing the thread. They definitely should make sure that the Main Page does not Mark As Read any threads when viewing that page.

I have the forum page set for my bookmark instead of the Main Page. Which now that I look at it is just 1 letter off from the link above.

Hit refresh and was rewarded with bold text and notifications, so some of the page updates itself? 

Something is definitely going on...
