The first question is flawed from the get-go. I personally do not make any parts as a Quality Engineer. The company I work for makes parts. I create the control plans and metrology programs to make sure the parts are to print specifications. So therefore, I do not "create" the parts. The first question should be: "Are you a Metrologist, Quality Engineer, design engineer, product designer, or mechanical engineer who works for a company that creates parts, tools, or molds for physical products?" or something along those lines.
