Help with .bat File

Does anyone know the syntax to have a batch file print a microsoft word document?

I tried searching on-line but nothing I found seems to work. The printer is attached to the PC via a USB cable not a printer port. I am running XP.

  • that was the idea cmmguy...

What is the next command line to close the word doc then, been sitting here trying to figure it out for a while tried searching on-line with no luck.

I didnt mean an external batch file like you were asking for in the OP.
    The command that was offered: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office{look below}\winword.exe" "C:\My Documents\doc1.doc" /mFilePrintDefault
can be executed right from within pcdmis without using a batch file.
