Is there a way to get a calculated variable to display as a single line in a report? I've been tasked with having PC-DMIS display the necessary calcuated machine offsets needed to dial in our process. I was thinking along the lines of assigning the calculated value to a variable...and then having the values splashed into the report as one line of plain text.
I know I could assign the variable into one of the slots of a generic feature, and then report this generic features attribute, but I was hoping to save space in the report so less paper and ink is required. One single printed line has some advantages for us.
Is there an easy way to do this?
