Run your program on your 'master' part so you get the measured results (coordinates) for the features. Insert/run the script last in the program and it will copy the measured/actual feature results to each features nominals.
Extensive testing has NOT been performed - in true WAI manner, so use on your own risk. Make sure you have backups of the part program that you want to run the script in.
*Should work for all measured features and autofeatures. Probably not with scans.*
