DESCRIPTION: Another comment script. This scripts prompts the user to insert multiple standard comments into the program. Also has a footer comment option.
INSTRUCTIONS: Can be run during program execution or as a custom button on a toolbar. Note: Dialog Box text and Comment Text can both be edited within the script with any text editor
