This is the error code we have found this morning on our Dual arm machine. We have done the following, (1), switch the machine off, and then home it.
This worked fine for about 5 min, then the same error code re appear. We then switch the controller of for another 30 min, thinking that the controller cards might have overheated, as been instructed by the local supplier's representative. if this was the case, then the machine would have stopped. It looks like the supplier is not sure him self, fishing, until something will work.
My question here is what cause this problem, and how can it be prevented. Both arms have just been calibrated, and non of these error codes appeared during the calibration, only afterwards.
