I have a call out using the true position feature control frame [dia .010 mmc] [A] [B mmc] [C RFS] the bonus tolerance can be as much as .002 for datum B, and the feature itself has a max of .003.
The problem I have is with the Xactmeasure function, I can run the program and get "good" results all day, but when I restart the computer (yes I save it) or shut down for the next day, the dimensions get all tricky. I basically have to re-create it every time for each dimension. I am only using one as an example but the following is the code for the cylinders and the callout using Xactmeasurement. The way I call it out I use the same advanced options, the nominals change between all three, but the last two have the same measurements in the end. Any info will be helpful. If needed I can post the alignment but shouldn't it be controlled by the FCF? Thank you!
