Excel to PC-DMIS

Good afternoon,

I need your help.

in my work I perform measurements on gages that which vary according to the size.
The control process is simple, after alignment the run the process is to create lines on the exterior walls (imagine a rectangle) create media lines from the exterior and an interception point to find the center of the pattern.
What I wonder is if there is some way, possibly through a macro ??? to save time in the construction features. Suffice measure points and after the macro will building lines and calculated the center.

Is it possible?

and now can you give some lights how you do it please. Im not very good with excell.

You'd need to code it in basic to create a .bas file (there are other ways but this is probably how you'll want to do it.)

It's not easy unless you know how to program, but we all have to start somewhere right.

If you create your program normally, then go File>Export>Basic, you will see the basic code for your program.

You'll need to identify the bits which create the features you want, and modify it by adding logic so it works how you want it to etc.
