Why does PC-DMIS have no official library in Python?

Why does PC-DMIS have no official library in Python?
Tks!

  • Because no-one wants to program in Python?

Sorry, couldn't resist. What do you mean with "official library"? As far as I know, PC-DMIS doesn't have an "official library" in any programming language. What it does have is an "official interface" - the Type Library - which should be consumable by any real programming language.

The above goes for automation of PC-DMIS from an outside program. If you mean *inside* PC-DMIS, you have BASIC scripting, because PC-MDIS includes a BASIC interpreter.
