unmark manual

I need a vbs script that marks the automatic part and unmark the manual part.
I've made several attempts but can not find the correct code.
Someone can help me?

UNMARK ALL, MARK ALL, NO to manual alignment features..

Sure you need a script to do 3 mouse clicks?
