Report Template W/date,time, Program Name At Bottom

Here is a copy of a Report Template with the date,time, and program name placed at the bottom of the program(zipped link...go HERE) . I did this so that I can keep track of hard copies of the report should they get separated from each other.

The code immediately below this text is how to type in the info you would like to show up.

  • Important thing to remember is the syntax is case sensitive. At least it is when it is part of your PCDMIS part program I assume it is with templates as well.

    SYSTEMDATE("MM'/'DD'/'YY") will only return "05/DD/YY" (assuming it is May)
    SYSTEMDATE("MM'/'dd'/'yy") will return the actual date formated as month/day/year with leading zeros.

    A toast back to you! I notice Admin has deleted some more old threads, thus reducing our post counts, but they left my status as Demiguru. Curious. I know what you mean about not being sure if others will appreciate the humor or not, but you can't hit a homer if you don't swing for the fence, even if that does mean you strike out sometimes.

    Do they remove stuff mainly from the off-topic side? Maybe that's the culprit. Just upping post count.

    Yep, I think they mostly delete offtopic stuff. So next time around will be the 3rd time I have achieved guru status. Another 19 on-topic pads and I should be safe. LOL
