I would look at your errors history in your FDC Web Interface. (Firmware for distributed control) Hexagon set up an icon on my desktop so I can access this.
In the event they did not give you a desktop shortcut like they did for him, in any web browser just enter 100.0.0.1, this is the IP that will direct you to the FDC web interface
