Object Bar Gone

When I go to edit a report template my Object bar pops up and then quickly disappears. Is there a way to get my object bar to show back up? It was working fine 30 minutes ago and then starting doing this disappearing act.

I'm getting same problem while editing my object bar is missing if anyone have ideas about this kindly help us.
