I took their GD&T class (live)...and it is good.
I talked to some folks who did their on-line course and it was applauded also.

It is well known among those who embrace the black art of GD&T. There are always plenty of "new to the arena folks" turning up here who appreciate the mention. Tec-ease is probably the best free web resource for the kinds of general examples you posted about below.

There is also a Yahoo Y-14.5 user group. Like this forum, if you register, you can post questions and get timely answers about your specific "challenge". Most of the folks who frequent that site know their stuff. Many of them are certified Senior GD&T professional and/or members of the Y14.5 standards committee.

Don Day is a great teacher - took 2 of his GD&T classes at Penn State. The guy knows his GD&T inside & out (he's on the committee) and is an absolute hoot. If you take his course as him about the BullS*** sign. I hope to take the advanced course this year. Another thing - he's not bashful about tearing Engineers apart for BS callouts. You want to get him going just whisper Concentricity.................

I disagree with the video:

- Circularity and circular run out are applied to each circular element individually.
- Cylindricity and total run out are applied to the entire feature surface area.
- Concentricity is applied to the median point of two opposing points on each circular element individually or each cross section.

Concentricity + Circularity is less than or equal to Circular Runout not Total Runout
