One of the guys i work with went to run a part on the CMM and couldn't get the probe head to move. It came up with (Error Message: TR_FG025, Illegal Unlock Condition). Does anybody have any clue as to what this error message is and how to fix the problem?
The best thing to try is to get it to go limp. Gently force it til it lets go. Then power down the head control unit, then back on. Beyond that, you may need an RBE head.
