One of the guys i work with went to run a part on the CMM and couldn't get the probe head to move. It came up with (Error Message: TR_FG025, Illegal Unlock Condition). Does anybody have any clue as to what this error message is and how to fix the problem?
We have a PH10MQ. We have shut everything down and restarted it. we have tried verifying all of the connections and cant find anything wrong. But once we open PCDMIS, we are unable to do a "machine start". it seems like we aren't getting any power to the controller.
