Probe head is stuck

One of the guys i work with went to run a part on the CMM and couldn't get the probe head to move. It came up with (Error Message: TR_FG025, Illegal Unlock Condition). Does anybody have any clue as to what this error message is and how to fix the problem?Confused

I have a Pfx Micro Xcel that I am getting this error on. "tr_fg025 illegal unlock condition" As well as a very helpful "Emergency Error"
PcDmis MR3, SP25, clean filter and has air. CMM is a Hexagon re furb that is about 6 months old on the re refurb.
No idea what the controler is, but it looks new if that helps. (O_o)
Errors are random and pushing Mach. Start, clears the error untill the next time it happens.
Other wise the CMM is running fine.

I saw this post earlier. I did not respond because I have never seen nor heard of that error. Sorry, the only advice I have for you is to call the Hexagoons.
