True Position of a Line

Hello,
How do you report a true position of a line?

  • Technically I don't think you can because TP locates a feature of size, and a line is not a feature of size.

    show me where in the standard where it tells me that it has to be feature of size.for me to use TP....

    while I agree a line should be toleranced with profile the designer must not know true application of gt&t.
