I am very new at PC-DMIS (2010MR1) ... I am having difficulty creating a column in PPAP reports to show "Deviation"... There is no working template that has this column in reports... There is a non-working template that does NOT show any information generated by the Romer (Infinite 2.0) that has a "deviation" column... It looks superimposed over top of another PPAP report, that does not have a "deviation" column, and that's the problem... HOW to create a working template for PPAP reports that has a "deviation" column... HELP!! A tutorial or shortcut on how to create or modify PPAP reports would do me a lot of good. Please be gentle... Give us a call 678-574-5181, we have software for PPAP, linked to pcdmis... however if you prefer to just create a formula in an excel template... Deviation is nothing more than nominal minus actual...
Or the export to excel function in pcdmis will include deviation
Tutorials did not help... Even my boss agrees there is something "missing" from the reporting programs... There used to be a good PPAP report program that had a deviations column, but it became somehow corrupted, and now will not fill with measurement data. We may have to have laptop redone at Hexagon. Thanks, anyway... If a downloadable fix is available, maybe we'll try that.
