Grid Line Measurements

I have a Print with GRID LINES.

I have the grid up on my cad; but don't see were i can take the measurements from. Is this possible??

I am trying to get a measurement say from circle one and from Grid Line 1250X and from -700Y

Arent the grid lines an overlay used for visual reference only?

If he is talking about 'Wireframe' as opposed to surfaces for example then I guess not.
