Good afternoon everyone. We have as one of our CMM's, a "ONE" machine and as of late as we crank up the speed of run of any of the proven PCDMIS programs to near 90-100% the machine stops and displays this error, "TR-FG 117, Y Amplitude Error" Any ideas what's going on with this? Usually this is tech support question but we're hoping a "quicker" response then thru the normal tech channels. Thanx.
I just had the same error.
This week I had 5 stops because of the Amplitude error.
I have cleaned everything very properly (axes, scales). Turned down the speed.
Nothing worked, until I cleaned the probes AND the TP200 shank with "bubblegum" from Renishaw.
Now it seems that my problems are gone.
No errors the whole day.
