Good afternoon everyone. We have as one of our CMM's, a "ONE" machine and as of late as we crank up the speed of run of any of the proven PCDMIS programs to near 90-100% the machine stops and displays this error, "TR-FG 117, Y Amplitude Error" Any ideas what's going on with this? Usually this is tech support question but we're hoping a "quicker" response then thru the normal tech channels. Thanx.
Please see for continuous amplitude, we have had this for a few months now, our machine was looked after by service company could find the problem, all it was the sensor on the bridge that reads from the strip was dirty, i cleaned it problem went,scale was clean but the actual sensor also needs to be cleaned.
