Ok, so how about the other suggestions that were offered here? Is your stylus heavy or unbalanced? Have you checked the ruby to be sure there is no damage or that it isn't loose? Have you cleaned and oiled the kinematic spheres on the puck? What are you using for a touch speed? If you are using a touch speed of 2mm/sec and your stylus meets the length and weight requirements you should not be having this problem on any angles.
You should also check that you return data setting and other probe options settings all meet the manufacturers specs.
