Ok, so how about the other suggestions that were offered here? Is your stylus heavy or unbalanced? Have you checked the ruby to be sure there is no damage (YES) or that it isn't loose (YES)? Have you cleaned and oiled the kinematic spheres on the puck? ( cleaned with alcohol, not oiled, what kind of oil do you recommend?) What are you using for a touch speed? If you are using a touch speed of 2mm/sec and your stylus meets the length and weight requirements you should not be having this problem on any angles. ( I use TouchS-2mm/s, MoveS- 250mm/s) All my styluses under 105mm.)
You should also check that you return data setting and other probe options settings all meet the manufacturers specs ( I did chk it with Hex. service guy over the phone) .
