Probe Graphic

Hi everyone,

I'm just getting started with PC-Dmis and have come across different programs that show the probe in a wire frame and the probe solid in the graphics display window. My question is how do I convert the solid probe to a wire frame probe you can see through.

I know how to turn the probe graphic on and off but the wire frame probe has me mistified.

if you click on view setup,there is an option there for solid,uncheck it the only thing is the model will be wire frame also

Or under CAD and Graphic setup you can also change the transparency of the probe to about 50%. Personally I find that more useful than a wireframe but YMMV.

Also in your probe utilities box if you double click on different componets of the probe there should be a check box for no draw so you can hide different componets of the probe. I find this very useful when programming points so the probe head and other componets are not in my way.

+1! MMdoesVary! I usually run it at about 85% xparency when using a .03x10mm tip. A handy feature.
