True Position of Notched Slot

I'm tryijng to create a program to measure 3 notched slots and report their true position. I have included pictures of the features from the print as I'm sure I wouldn't be able to explain it in words.Sunglasses
One of the slots is datum C and is TP'd to A (datum A is the top plane) and B while the other 2 slots are to A B and C. The intent of the engineer is to have a .002 TP only on the angle of the slot, the depth of the slot is controlled by .303 +/-.005.
Using the notched slot auto feature, I contruct the true position and use the angle in the advanced tab. Is there a way to have it not use the radius?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • I am looking at your feature control frame and in my opinion, it's not asking for TP, it's asking for a ±. (eg. pos. location ± .001 @ mmc to datums -A- & -B-, note, no modifiers) My reason is the lack of a Ø symbol in the tol. box. Normally, a notch / slot is longer for fit, no need for a diametrical zone. I have seen prints that TP slots and notches, but I note the powers that be and let them tell me how they want the report dimensioned.
Adding, I just noticed, the FCF should be zeroed in one axis since it's noted as the -C-, henceforth the -A-B- datum scheme. The other view notes a FCF to -A-B-C- with -C- having a modifier along with the tol. The lower note states 2X for the other two notches are to be dimensioned. Just my thought, let me know if I am wrong.
