We are having movement issues with our CMM. During a programme the CMM stops and it tells us "DOF: M54 invalid machine not in manual mode".
The machine is in the middle of a programme, it all runs in DCC mode. So we are unsure why it is implying we should be in Manual mode to move from A-B along an axis. Even in the middle of a calibration run the CMM stops and shows this message.
If we press 'continue' it carries on like normal, so it looks like some sort of jolt or glitch. We can't have someone stand next to the CMM pressing 'continue' every two minutes during a programme, so we would like to solve this issue.
I placed the comp.dat file in the folder as specified but still have the same issue. Would the comp.dat connection be any different on the sharp32 controller for this new version of pcdmis. We installed 2013mr1 on out global performance '08 model without any comp.dat issues.
