We just purchased an Optiv Classic 321TP, with PCDMIS 2011 MR1. I will have a bunch of questions, but the first one is... how do I get the TP2 to be recognized? I built probe as you would as it were a conventional CMM, but I can't seem to get probe to trigger. Am I missing a setting? The company we bought it from, NEVER USED PROBE, all the components were still boxed up, including calibration sphere. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. I will keep posting as I come across concerns. I will continue to help others as I find crazy things. In my experience, new users may find solutions too! Jim
