Example inspection reports for Bevel and/or Spiral Gears

Hello,

I have not been able to track this down in any hexagon literature. I need to see a couple of sample gear reports from PC-DMIS Gear 2.5. I assume these are highly configurable, but if anyone has a couple of examples which demonstrate the software's capabilities to the end user I would really appreciate it.

In particular, any one (or a selection of) reporting on these types if possible:

SPUR (straight, helical & double helical)
BEVEL (straight, spiral) gears

I started with Quindos and moved over to PCgear.

#1 They all have the power to do what you are looking for. Quindos was overkill for us.
#2. Yes Quindos will do anything you can think of it is how ever nothing like PCdmis at all.
I do not run bevel gearing I do run OD gearing straight and helix and spline shafts, ID gearing straight and ID splines. Quindos and PCgear use the same style K-chart.
#3 Don’t know about Quindos, I check to Agma standards in PCgear. PCgear checks other standards also.
#4 PCgear will also creat gear checking programs .
#5 ????
