Just started at a new company a few days ago and they have a touch trigger scanning probe (sm25). I managed to set it up with no prior knowledge of what i was doing but all ive managed is single line scans. I dont have a CAD and need to know how to do a patch scan across the surface of the part. As of right now Ive managed to map the scan without issues but when I go to finish the feature and i goes to test it, the first point just jams into the part and stops. Any ideas?
Yeah, the box was already unchecked. No luck on changing those other options either. It took the first line then stopped. How many points should I use? The part is on a curve at an angle (its a fuel cap cover for a car)
