cannot install PC-DMIS "no valid product license"

I am a new user of PC-DMIS and already fallen at the first. The software will not install past the CLM install. The message I receive at the start of the set up is " no valid license could be found for this product". My reseller suggested installing the latest .net frame work, which I did. Now it has 4.5.2 installed but still the same problem. We are due to start installation of a new Hexagon CMM soon but, we're not going to get far if I cant even install the software to run it. Please can someone advise on this.

  • Additionally, if you are trying to install PC-DMIS on a computer that is not hooked up to a fully functional CMM -well, this is not possible unless you purchase an Offline license which is a very valuable item as it lets you program from CAD models and prints while the CMM is busy checking other parts.
