Execute feature, from Curson Help (Ctrl+E & Cltrl+U) problems

We just loaded 2014.1 onto a new CMM. Most everything is working well but I am unable to use the Ctrl+E or Ctrl+U functions while running a program. I am also unable to execute from the feature by going down through the windows. Only Ctrl+Q works, to start a program.

Any thoughts??

If you click File then hover the cursor over Partial Execution, does it show the hot key combo next to the correct option?
Are the options shown as black and selectable or greyscale?

If the hotkeys have been changed and you wish to change them back, right click in the upper ribbon within PC-DMIS, select 'Customize' (the bottom most selection). Go to the Keyboard tab and update as needed.
