Hi all. Fairly new to the forum. If someone could help, I would appreciate it. I am getting an "error calculating deflection matrix" when calibrating my 4x20 cylindrical probe. I have a TesaStar-SM using a Leitz scanning probe head. See attached >jpg of probe build and error. Calibrated last time 3 months ago and calibrated fine.
This message usually means that:
1) You chose to take less than the required 23 points,or
2) Your in-real-life probe build does not quite match you virtual probe build, or
3) Your Leitz probe is internally damaged.
