Error calculating deflection matrix

Hi all. Fairly new to the forum. If someone could help, I would appreciate it. I am getting an "error calculating deflection matrix" when calibrating my 4x20 cylindrical probe. I have a TesaStar-SM using a Leitz scanning probe head. See attached >jpg of probe build and error. Calibrated last time 3 months ago and calibrated fine.

"The software is telling you that something's wrong, we just have to find out what it is.

I get that eror when the discrepancy between nominal and actual is way too big for the deflection matrix math to resolve. I typo'd

Do you have a loupe to examine the ruby? 0.3 rubies break when you breath on them, so fragile.

Could be a loose connection too, a wobbly probe will flunk the matrix.

Also, make sure you have the correc Opt Probe statement before the LOADPROBE command."
