Error calculating deflection matrix

Hi all. Fairly new to the forum. If someone could help, I would appreciate it. I am getting an "error calculating deflection matrix" when calibrating my 4x20 cylindrical probe. I have a TesaStar-SM using a Leitz scanning probe head. See attached >jpg of probe build and error. Calibrated last time 3 months ago and calibrated fine.

thanks Wolfman for the link. I am using probe rack to change probes. what I saw on that thread shouldn't apply to me unless I am missing something.

I also was using a rack. The answer is inside the link. At least it worked for me. Read it all the way to the end.
