Problems with selecting edit tabs inside of auto feature prompt

Does anybody know why I cannot select different tabs in the auto feature window?

-I have re installed dmis

-and I am in DCC

-it doesnt matter which auto feature i am using

Sometimes there are options in the auto features that are unavailable to you depending on which type of PCDMIS you have, CAD, CAD+, CAD++, etc.

Maybe it's the version of PCDMIS.

just because it is visible, doesn't mean it's available.

Case in point, adaptive scanning on certain types is visible (I think V2013) , but they are not active until V2014.

Have you tried RE-BOOTING Dmis ? I know this is more than lame and not really a fix but..... I had that issue at the CMM'S with 2012 but my offline seat at my desk was fine ? Its almost Friday....

lol yes it is almost friday! and yea we are offline programmers (2 others and I) they dont have issues but i do... im a new guy here and inherited this computer... i just reinstalled dmis to try and correct the issue but it didnt work. next step is to actually contact hexagon but im sure they might just tell me to update to 2014 or 15. they run 2013 here because they are comfortable with it and i dont disagree. just wish i could figure this out

Do you have multiple monitors? I've seen this before if 2 or more monitors are in use and the prompt is not on the main screen.

If dialog box is not on the primary monitor, this could be a VERY frustrating experience. Not sure if it helps the OP, but yep, you can't click squat if the box is on the secondary.
I learned the hard way.... (lots of clicks that did nothing)
**IF** this may be causing the problem (and your box is so equipped) the Nvidia desktop manager has option to keep dialog box on your primary. or obviously, just forcefully drag it back home like a child that broke curfew. Then you may select tabs as you wish.....

to be honest with you guys... the 2nd monitor was it! lol what the ****. ive been editing auto features for awhile, first time ive encountered this. thank you guys I probably would have sat here forever pissed off
